Long March Project — Ho Chi Minh Trail

“Long March Project – Ho Chi Minh Trail” is a relaunch of the Long March Project’s walking practice. This catalogue serves to present a temporal and spatial record of the project’s actual walking from June to July, 2010. It documents this historical “rehearsal” by means of image, text, and posters, where image and text intermediaries intertwin with each other. Together, an action is constituted by a series of speculative knowledges, the dissemination of experience and text records. This book combines linear narration with multi-faceted longitudinal and in-depth analysis, connecting each important time node of the project, which turns out not only a visual image archival record but also a textual discussion on visual culture.
